Insight Package - $405

Service Description

This package covers 3 hours of coaching, over 3 separate sessions in a 6 week period. This is a great starting as we build our Client-Coach partnership, begin to narrow down and identify things in your life that you wish to improve, as well as begin setting achievable goals to accomplish. Often, the first session is where we go in depth, discovering what you truly want to change in your life, behaviors and relationships, with trust and honesty, in a safe, non-judgmental space. Once we connect via phone and/or email, a Client/Coach contract and questionnaire will be forwarded to the email address you provide. A mutually agreeable time for our coaching session will be established and I will forward a link (via Zoom, Google Meet or another video conferencing application) to facilitate. All payments can be made online, via Credit Card through this website. A Venmo or PayPal option is available if required. Payments to be made prior to coaching session/s commencement.
