Initial Debrief/Connection Session

Service Description

This is a single coaching session. After we have an initial (complimentary) 20 minute consultation, this is where we will connect as a Coach and Client and discuss the predominant issue in your life you'd like to focus on. This first session can also just be a place for you to offload everything troubling you, feel greeted with empathy, compassion, validation and truly listened to for once. From here, it is a good place to find comfort with the coaching environment, understand the collaborative partnership that can be established and to help understand what future sessions together would encompass. Once we connect via phone and/or email, a Client/Coach contract and questionnaire will be forwarded to the email address you provide. A mutually agreeable time for our coaching session will be established and I will forward a link (via Zoom, Google Meet or another video conferencing application) to facilitate. All payments can be made online, via Credit Card through this website. A Venmo or PayPal option is also available. Payments to be made prior to coaching session/s commencement.
