Evolution Package - $1000

Service Description

This package covers 10 hours of coaching, with 10 separate sessions taking place over a 20 week/5 month period. It is for those who are wanting to completely transform elements of their life they are unhappy with and want to "Evolve" to a healthier, happier, more fulfilling existence. If you are ready to put in the time, emotional effort and trust in yourself that you can get to where you want to be, I can support you on that journey and help you navigate along the path. Whatever your focus, relationships, boundary setting, handling stress from work and First Responder role (if applicable), unburdening yourself and working through a difficult call or critical incident with someone who understands, discovering your self worth and range of compassion, or working through the associated grief and life transition of a break up, we can work together in depth from the very first session. With this package, we will spend approximately 5 months together, in a safe space, full of empathy and encouragement, while we set goals that you accomplish, discover a happier version of yourself and empower you to the life and relationships you've been wanting all along. Evolution and change takes courage, but I am here for you and I believe in you. With this package, I am also available via email and text in between sessions; for support, to reiterate action steps put in place and overall comfort of someone to reach out to who knows what you're currently working hard on/towards. Once we connect via phone and/or email, a Client/Coach contract and questionnaire will be forwarded to the email address you provide. A mutually agreeable time for our coaching session will be established and I will forward a link (via Zoom, Google Meet or another video conferencing application) to facilitate. All payments can be made online, via Credit Card through this website. A Venmo or PayPal option is available. Payments to be made prior to coaching session/s commencement.
