Service Description

This package contains 20hrs of coaching and is primarily for Police and Fire Departments, EMT/Paramedics/Pro Services, Dispatcher Community and any other kind of First Responder or Emergency Services organizations, who want to be proactive when it comes to their members' welfare. As a Master Certified Life Coach, specializing in First Responders, Emergency Services Personnel, their partners, spouses and loved ones, I bridge an important gap between clinical behavioral/mental health and peer support. I bring a unique level of understanding to your members, as a CISM qualified former First Responder (Law Enforcement) and the spouse of a Fire Captain. I assist Clients to make positive changes in their lives, improvements in their relationships, assist them in setting realistic goals, whilst supporting them in achieving those goals and keeping them accountable. As someone who understands the nature of their role, I am also able to help them find healthy, appropriate coping strategies to handle the stress and difficulties they can face from performing their duties. The behavioral and mental health of First Responders is important to me and something I take very seriously, which is why I offer this opportunity. I was trained and previously worked for a Suicide Prevention and Crisis Counseling Organization in Boston. The 20hrs of coaching can be allocated between members any way you prefer. The usual 1hr sessions can be broadened to 30min and 45mins to accommodate more members. Understanding the nature of shift work and rotating rosters, I am in a position to attend your workplace to facilitate coaching sessions to multiple members over the course of a number of days or weeks. I also offer virtual appointments, which will be at your discretion and can be discussed at length when arranging purchase of this package. (If workplace attendance is desirable, I will require the use of an office space that affords privacy and confidentiality to your members/employees.) Once we connect via phone and/or email, a Client/Coach/Sponsor contract will need to be discussed and a questionnaire will be forwarded to the email address you provide, for members to complete. A mutually agreeable time for our coaching sessions and workplace/station/department attendance will be formalized All payments can be made online, via Credit Card through this website. A Venmo and PayPal option is available if required. Payments to be made prior to coaching session/s commencement.
